Finding Your New Home

We’ll show you as many properties as you need to see in order to find the one that’s right for you. With a full crew of construction professionals at your service, you’ll also enjoy the convenience of being able to review potential renovation scenarios before you commit to a home.

Price is both a science and an art. Competing properties, changing markets, and even the season itself can have an impact on the price you should pay for your new home. We’ll explain existing market conditions to help you make the best decision on your initial (and subsequent) offers.

Document Preparation
Once the sales contract has been signed and delivered to your agent, we begin to collect all necessary closing documentation including tax information, loan payoffs, survey (if necessary), homeowner & maintenance fees, inspections, and other legal paperwork. A title search is ordered and, upon completion, you’ll receive a preliminary report.

Once everything is in order, your agent will schedule your closing. At the closing, both you and the seller will sign all documentation and all parties present (seller, agent, attorney, etc.) will receive payment. At this point, you are the proud owner of a beautiful new home.

While you’re busy planning for your new home, your Pure agent will tie up any loose ends including forwarding payment to a prior lender or unpaid parties from your closing. In addition, we’ll prepare and deliver title insurance policies to you and your new lender. All this happens without any action required from you.
